In addition to my work as a conductor, I offer artistic and pedagogical guidance for conducting students, instrumentalists, singers, ensembles, and musical institutions.

The core of my work is the relationship between score, analysis, and interpretation: how to build a clear sound conception — a Klangvorstellung — and how to translate it into gesture, rehearsal, and musical experience.

Individual sessions for conducting students, advanced musicians, or performers who wish to deepen their study of a work.

The work may address score analysis, form, harmony, phrasing, articulation, style, character building, conducting technique, physical clarity, preparation of entries, and the relationship between gesture and sound.

Technique is not treated as an end in itself, but as the consequence of a clear musical idea.

Guidance focused on a specific work, movement, or excerpt.

The aim is to learn to observe the score as a language: to recognise musical functions, tensions, directions, formal relationships, harmonic processes, textures, and possible interpretive decisions.

This format can be useful for conductors as well as instrumentalists or singers who wish to understand the repertoire they perform in greater depth.

Guidance for students preparing applications for higher education, conducting courses, masterclasses, auditions, or selection processes.

The work may include repertoire preparation, video review, presentation strategy, gestural clarity, the construction of a personal interpretive reading, and guidance on the student’s artistic profile.

Especially suited to those wishing to apply for conducting programmes or advanced training opportunities in Europe.

Based on the video, we observe aspects such as clarity of gesture, preparation of entries, the relationship between body and sound, the coherence between musical intention and gestural result, communication with the orchestra, and rehearsal priorities.

It is also possible to develop a more continuous mentoring process for young conductors who wish to strengthen the way they study, think, and conduct. More than solving isolated problems, this work seeks to shape a personal way of relating to the score, gesture, rehearsal, and artistic identity.
