This website does not offer an online shop, online payments, user accounts, or a members’ area. No prices are published, and no contracts are concluded directly through the website.

This website is operated through the Wix.com platform.

The provider is:

Wix.com Ltd.

as well as affiliated companies and service providers of Wix.com.

When this website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed so that the website can be displayed and the security and stability of the service can be ensured. This may include, in particular:

  • IP address

  • date and time of access

  • pages accessed

  • browser type and browser version

  • operating system used

  • referrer URL

  • technical usage and connection data

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable, and functional provision of the website.

Wix may process data on servers in various countries, including within the European Union, in Israel, in the United States, and in other countries. Where data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, this is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection requirements.

Further information on data processing by Wix can be found in Wix’s privacy policy.

5. Contact via contact form or email

This website offers the possibility to contact me via a contact form. In this case, the data entered in the form is processed. This includes, in particular:

  • first name

  • last name

  • email address

  • content of the message

Alternatively, contact can be made via the email address provided on the website or in linked documents.

The transmitted data is used to process and respond to the respective inquiry. This may include, in particular, inquiries regarding concerts, artistic projects, teaching, masterclasses, mentoring, press, collaboration with ensembles or institutions, and other professional contacts.

Messages received through the contact form may be stored within the functions provided by Wix, in particular Wix Inbox, Wix Contacts, or comparable CRM functions. In addition, notifications or copies of the messages may be forwarded to and stored in my Google/Gmail email account.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the inquiry concerns the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship. In all other cases, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in processing and responding to incoming inquiries and maintaining professional communication.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing the inquiry, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations. Longer storage may occur if the inquiry leads to a professional collaboration, a contractual relationship, project-related communication, or a legitimate interest in further correspondence.

The data transmitted in the context of contacting me will not be used for newsletters or automated advertising purposes unless separate consent has been given for this.

6. Use of Google/Gmail for communication

A Google/Gmail email account is used for email communication. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

When users contact me by email or when messages from the contact form are forwarded to the email account, the transmitted data — in particular email address, name, subject, message content, and technical communication data — may be processed by Google.

Google/Gmail is used for professional communication and for processing incoming inquiries. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in reliable, secure, and efficient email communication. Insofar as the communication serves the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies.

Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

7. Cookies and cookie banner

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that may be stored on the users’ device.

Technically necessary cookies may be used where they are required for the operation of the website. In addition, depending on the website settings and the users’ consent, analytics or functionality cookies may be used.

When visiting the website for the first time, a cookie banner appears through which users can give or refuse their consent to the use of non-essential cookies. Cookie settings can be changed at any time, insofar as this is technically provided.

The processing of technically necessary cookies is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of the website.

The processing of non-essential cookies takes place only on the basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent that has been given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

8. Statistics and analytics functions by Wix

This website uses Wix analytics functions in order to obtain statistical information about the use of the website. This may include, for example, information about page views, time spent on the website, devices used, approximate origin of visits, or technical usage data.

These evaluations serve to improve the website technically and editorially and to better understand which content is relevant to visitors.

Insofar as non-essential cookies or comparable technologies are used for this purpose, processing takes place only on the basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings.

If no consent is given, the corresponding analytics functions will not be used or will only be used to a limited extent.

9. Embedded YouTube videos

This website contains embedded YouTube videos. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

The embedded videos serve to present artistic work samples, concert recordings, and audiovisual content directly on the website.

When a page with an embedded YouTube video is accessed or when a video is played, a connection to YouTube or Google servers may be established. In this context, personal data, in particular the IP address and technical information about the device and browser used, may be transmitted to Google.

If users are logged into their Google or YouTube account at the same time, Google may, under certain circumstances, associate the visit to this website with the respective user account. This can be prevented by logging out of the Google or YouTube account before visiting this website.

The embedding of YouTube videos is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the professional and visually accessible presentation of artistic content. Where consent is required for embedding or playback, processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

10. Google Maps in event information

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

When Google Maps is used, data may be transmitted to Google. This may include, in particular, the IP address, technical information about the device and browser used, and information about the use of the map function.

Google Maps is embedded in order to display event locations clearly and to make orientation easier for visitors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the user-friendly presentation of event information. Where consent is required for the embedding, processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

11. External links and Google Drive / Press Kit

This website contains links to external websites and third-party services. These include, in particular, links to press and download materials that may be provided through Google Drive.

When users click on an external link, they leave this website. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on the linked external pages. This applies in particular to Google Drive and Google services when press photos, biographies, CVs, dossiers, or other materials are opened or downloaded there.

The materials provided through Google Drive are intended as publicly accessible press and information materials. As a rule, users can access or download these materials without having their own Google account, provided that the respective sharing settings allow this.

Users are advised to consult the privacy policies of the respective external providers.

12. Editorial content / Blog

This website contains editorial content or blog posts published by the website operator himself.

The comment function is not activated. Visitors therefore cannot publish public comments.

Where functions such as “like” buttons or similar interaction options are technically provided, technical data or interaction data may be processed by Wix. Processing takes place within the framework of the technical provision of the website and its respective functions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in providing editorial content and simple interaction options.

If comment functions, user accounts, registrations, or further interaction options are activated in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

13. “Services” page and professional services

The website contains information about possible professional services such as teaching, artistic consulting, masterclasses, mentoring, rehearsal work, video feedback, repertoire work, or collaboration with ensembles and institutions.

No bookings, payments, or contract conclusions are processed directly through the website. Inquiries regarding these services are made exclusively through general contact via contact form or email. The provisions on contact in this privacy policy apply to the data processed in this context.

14. Links to social networks

This website may contain links to external profiles on social networks or video platforms, for example YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or comparable services.

As long as these are merely simple links or icons, no personal data is transmitted to these providers simply by visiting this website. Only when users click on such a link do they leave this website, and the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

15. Retention period

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.

Contact inquiries are generally deleted once they have been finally processed and further storage is no longer required.

Longer storage may occur if the inquiry leads to a professional collaboration, a contractual relationship, project-related communication, or a statutory retention obligation.

16. Legal bases for processing

The processing of personal data is carried out in particular on the following legal bases:

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where consent has been given;

18. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates data protection law.

In particular, the data protection supervisory authority of the federal state in which the controller is based may be responsible. If the controller is based in North Rhine-Westphalia, this authority is:

Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen
